PIPETTE ran no sort of race in the 1000 Guineas at HQ earlier this month but, even allowing for being drawn on the wrong side that day, that run was too bad to be true. She was well backed in the morning of that race (partly due to being a Pricewise selection) and it was encouraging that in such a strong market she was well fancied. She wasn’t beaten far at this level when running as a juvenile and she remains a filly of immense potential. She step sup in trip for this event but connections are optimistic she’ll see it out and she merits a place high on the shortlist.
