Once you have subscribed we will send you an email with a password and details of how to access the service. Passwords are predominantly sent 2-3 days before the service begins.

Are passwords case sensitive?

Yes, all of our passwords are case sensitive so please check your Cap Lock key if you are having problems accessing a service.
